Calico Editing Services and Calico Reads are owned and ran by Lor Bingham who has been working within the publishing industry for over 10 years. Based in the UK, Lor works with authors from all around the world, helping them to turn first draft manuscripts into beautiful, memorable books, and reach their dreams. With several publications of her own in the scientific community, Lor has also ghost-written many stories, and has now published her first picture book too.

Lor lives in Cheshire surrounded by furry pets, neurodiverse children, and plenty of chaos. When she isn't working on manuscripts, she can be found spending time with her children, advocating for neurodivergent individuals, and crafting.​
